Took in a 7th Generation iPad to fix a broken screen (just the glass was broken) and it cost $130. So it wasn’t too bad. The replacement glass is almost flush with the casing, but very slightly protrudes in some corners, although its not as bad some other experiences I’ve had. So that’s okay, but the only thing is that as I went in to pick it up and they handed me the device, there was a moderate amount of excess glue around the edges of the screen. They wiped most off and gave it back to me. What was left is visible in the pictures I posted. Now I don’t like to nitpick too much, but you would think that if someone took pride in their work, they’d at least clean it up nicely before presenting it to the customer. It’s not like they had to do it in a rush; I picked up the device 3 days after dropping it off. So that would be my only complaint – for a $130 repair, I feel the standard could have been a bit higher since I once had a $60 screen replacement come out cleaner. But anyway, they did the job, and at least the glass sits close to the screen and doesn’t look like it’s had layers upon layers of glue stuffed in-between. So while I don’t completely regret coming here, I feel like there might be a better place around that I have yet to find.

Needed a repair on my MacBook and I received the most honest, fair and quick service possible. ALL other stores wanted me to pay a premium or made untrue claims that the repair was not possible and required a whole replacement that would cost 10 times the price… Experimax was honest and did the repair at a beyond fair price and completed it in less than an hour.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Amazing service here.
