Dropped off my Switch Lite for repairs, after waiting 3 days I call for an update. They explained it’ll take another week to fully repair. I decided to cancel the repairs. Upon my cancellation they’ve stated the console is unrepairable.

On pickup, there was noticeable scuff marks on the back of the console and a sticker tag that left a sticky adhesive residue that required me to clean it.

I’ve contacted a different repair service provider. They were able to identify the issue and repair the console within an hour and they had a lower rate than TecFix. After this experience, I don’t recommend TecFix for gaming electronic repairs.

Im convinced this buisness is legit fraud long story short I trusted them with an iphone 12 only wifi and bluetooth wasn’t working and now it wont even turn on, charged for 24 hours straight still wont turn on. Then you really got some balls telling me to bring it back who knows how many components you stole from it in the first place. Im going need it back exactly how i gave to you or we can take this further i know how things work how would you feel if this happened to you.

They fixed my son’s cracked screen on his Fire Tablet. They ordered in the part, it arrived quickly. Brought it in and it was ready the next day! The man who helped us (wish I caught his name) was very friendly and engaged with my kids aswell and giving high-fives. They provided updates through text message which was great. Overall a great experience.
