After a few seconds on the phone and an error code, Joe on Meadowood diagnosed the problem and gave me what amounts to the best solutions I had found in many hours of research. Extremely clear and helpful customer service over the phone. Finally, the phone needed to be opened to unplug the earpiece, so we left it to his very capable hands. I should have gone this route earlier. Merci!

My phone has had charging issues since almost the day I got it. One time I got the charging port cleaned out at another place and it helped a bit, but recently it got much worse. I was afraid I was gonna need a new phone. One day I couldn’t charge it at all and was in a panic. Brought it to this place and the guy cleaned out the port. It charges better than it did when I bought the phone!! This quick repair has removed a ridiculously large source of stress from my life. I’ll know in future to go there sooner!
The guy on the front counter was super friendly and knew what he was doing. Best customer service I had in a while. Will definitely recommend them to anybody who Is looking for any sort of repair for cell phone.
P.s. for unfortunate reasons, I had to go in there again for my cell phone. But these guys didn’t fail to impress. Another guy at the front counter who knew exactly what he was doing. Helped me in quickly and I was out of there in no time. I highly recommend them for cell phone repairs and service.
