Walked in today asking that my iPhone have its lighting port repaired. I was preparing to leave it there. Jas asked me to wait while she dug around in the port with a nail file and cleaned it, tested it then gave it back to me. She refused to take any payment for her expertise. Very pleasant clean building. Obviously very honest to deal with. I definitely will use them in the future if needed.

I have been to the Tuxedo location several times. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Recently our computer was hacked and they did a thorough job of getting rid of all the problems. Today I had a question about my computer and a very nice person working there fixed it in no time. Nice to interact with good people. Softens the “pain” of dealing with technological issues.

Honestly amazing and wowing experience. Been repairing phones for 11 years and have a small business in Timmins. Has to ship out a phone for some intense work. They knocked it out of the park casually. Super happy with the customer service and quality. Was able to help someone keep there old phone going. Extremely happy with the outcome….thanks again y’all!!
