Great people. Really helpful. Their customer base seem to come to them for advice that the dealership or mechanics refuses to offer.
Of course that backfires when low IQ people try to fix their cars and mess everything up (thus the low scores some of the curmudgeons are posting here).
Very patient, helpful, honest. Highly recommended. Unless you are of low intelligence, then perhaps you should just stick to “stealerships” and paying exuberant amounts for repairs.
The car parts shop has a no refunds policy for a reason. They sell cheap Chinese parts and if they are defective, they will blame you that there is something wrong with your car. I bought a sensor that was a dummy housing with a fake sensor inside, and it was over reporting the reading and gave error codes. They gave me an exchange that had the same problem, but told me there is nothing wrong with the sensor.
Good parts. Great prices. I was going to get scammed by my mechanic but this guy saved me. Was trying to install a power steering pump for my merc but i didnt listen and should have removed the resevoir tank first. Almost paid a fortune for a genuine part only to have the same issue.
Just wish he opened up later hours.
