Company is sadly the only official NVIDIA seller in Germany. Sadly product get bought by bots while normal customers who are within seconds of of new product being made available get denied because server problems and the “bot protection” which simply locks you out after refreshing a certain amount of times. Incompetent and not customer friendly at all. Fueling scalpers.
They have good collection of the laptop, monitors, CPU and other multimedia devices. I had brought AOC 24B1XH monitor. Which was around 104.5EUR in their website. but in shop I had it at 99.90EUR. It was a good deal that you might get discount at the physical shop. And their location was really convenient for me which is near Dortmund HBF.
Avoid this shop. On february i sent back produckt for repair and after 3 months of waiting they sent me back the same not working product. So, now waiting from february and there is no any info from shop. They are the biggest scammers in germany. Our lawyer already start claim.
