The most competent electronic store in Dortmund. Employees understand customer care, know their products, offer you help without being intrusive. Bought a new phone here in December, it was cheaper than in any other store and within 5min I got the phone without having to be talked through a number of insurances that I do not want. Great store with great service!

Always had a amazing deal on one or two items. Staff is friendly shop is nice an clean. Sadly the store is not very big but the selection of pc parts is better than in most other tech shops.
