After handing in my raiser which I knew what was wrong with it (the battery), they called me and said that it would cost 49 EUR to change the battery, and if I would like to do it? I said that I will come by to your store to check. I wanted to take it back because this price for changing a battery was too much (I could buy a new one). After going to the store, they told me that they have already fixed it! I paid the money, and went home to find out nothing had changed! I took the raiser back and showed them the problem, and they said they will fix it AGAIN. After a few days, they sent an SMS, that the new battery can not be found anywhere, and that I can take the money and raiser back. I brought the raiser home, to find out that even the limited functionality that it had before was also gone!!!! To explain better, I asked them to call me if they found the battery because I just wanted to make sure that they hadn’t even changed it in the first place, and of course they said the battery can not be found. I have to say that my raiser is relevantly new! and I am very unpleased about their service, even though they claimed to be giving the best service for more than 20 years, and they referred me to their Google reviews. This is why I am writing here.

Ich empfehle nicht, den Bildschirm zu schutzen – verschwenden Sie Geld, und das Ersetzen des Bildschirms kostet so viel wie die Halfte eines Mobiltelefons. Handyhullen fur alle Modelle. Ich werde versuchen, mein Geld fur das “nicht schutzende Glas” zuruckzubekommen und zu schreiben, wie ich es gemacht habe. Ich sagte dem Assistenten, dass ich ein anderes Schutzglas fur den Bildschirm wollte, da das, das ich bei ihnen gekauft habe, als ich den Bildschirm gewechselt habe, meinen Bildschirm nicht schutzte, aber ich wurde offensichtlich genauso eingesetzt wie beim letzten Mal. Ich wurde die Bildschirme nicht jeden Monat fur 150 EUR wechseln, wenn ich das Schutzglas fur 25 EUR wechseln konnte. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit einer solchen Tauschung des Kunden
