I sent my computer to be repaired, they charged 150 euros to repair it.
They called me to tell me that it was fixed, when I went to collect it it didn’t work, so they then sold me a new charger and it worked… For 3 months, then it broke again.
It was under warranty, however they refused to return any money or accept the charger back.
I don’t think they are malicious people, however it would have been nice to have been given some token of remuneration back or acceptance that they would do some kind of deal.
I would have happy given them more business if they had offered something back.
But now they get a 1 star review instead.

The worst experience in case of reparation for my laptop, i went to change the keyboard and during the montage of the new top case they broke my motherboard. They dont notice you, it was mandatory for me to call them and the only solution they gave to me after brearking my piece was to pay more and more.

Seems to be a well-stocked store with helpful employees. They speak English well, so no problems visiting as a foreigner! Prices were competitive from what I saw.
I will say, their customers look to have too much of a fondness for massive, brute computer cases.
