I found out about the reno event where everything was supposed to be really cheap so naturally I took my sister and we drove to Yorkton to check out the deals. Nothing there was really a good deal and they barely put any of the stuff we wanted out so I asked If there was any in the back and the lady whose name I think was Kathy lied right to my face and said those are all the deals and thats all we have and my sister literally bought a TV from there when we went there there was no tvs out so obviously there was stock in the back that went cheaper as I have been following it almost daily. And the deals have got better and that lady said they won’t get better. Very disappointed. Glad the source is getting bought out hopefully best buy can do a better job of operating the business than these idiots can. That lady was incompetent to say the least. Wouldn’t recommend this place whatsoever!!

Absolutely, the best customer service! I always find that upgrading phones is a overwhelming experience. I was not looking forward to going in today with requests for multiple service adjustments and upgrades. Colin not only made it a comfortable experience, he was able to explain things in away that made me feel confident in what I was signing up for. He also went above and beyond to get us the best plan for our lifestyle and price rage. Colin single handedly provided us and many other customers during the process with incredible customer service. It is hard to keep such a calm and warm demeanor running a store by yourself.

Had such a great experience. We felt so lucky that we had Collin and Hang looking after all our requests (and even more that we didn’t even know we needed lol). We were able to swap over two phone lines from two different providers to one, plus add another line and a new phone for our new business venture! We end up saving $176/mnth, everything streamlined to one bill, and not to mention a $330 in store credit! All of this in about 1/2hr! These guys deserve a raise! Knowledgable and with great personalities!
