Seit Jahren bin ich ganz treue Kundin, ob Anfragen, dringende Reparaturen, Handyverkauf usw – immer wieder treffe ich auf ein absolut freundliches, kompetentes & zuverlassiges Team. Die Reparaturen sind nachhaltig, technisch einwandfrei und dementsprechend sauber ausgefuhrt. Neben der guten Laune gibt’s fundierte Neuigkeiten im technischen Bereich & Aufklarungen wie man zusatzlich staatlich gefordert wird. Erst gestern wurde mein IPhone 13 Pro mit defektem Back-Cover zu einem absoluten Schnapper wieder hubsch gemacht. Selten so begeistert. Tausend Dank an Ronny und Stefan.
As one of the few locations in Erfurt to repair all models of Sony mobile phone, I was afraid that the service here might not be as good as it actually was. The staff there are very friendly, and were fast to answer my initial e-mail enquiry, and even faster still on the repair itself. The quality of the workmanship is to a very high order – my previously broken Sony Xperia XZ Premium is now back as good as new. I took the phone in on the Monday, had it back on the Tuesday, and couldn’t be happier! Thank you for the wonderful service.
I had a problem with my iPhone 6s Plus and luckily I found this place where the two men were incredibly kind and helpful. They fixed my phone in less than an hour and now it works PERFECTLY!!!
I am more than happy with their work and I highly recommend them because they really try to help you immediately.
Another point worth mentioning is that I needed another cable for my laptop and they kindly gave me one for free… they are definitely the best!
