Very poor customer service. The staff is not informed about what products Vodafone is selling. I told them that I want to take my number from another network (a prepaid sim) to CallYa and they told me that is not possible. In the Vodafone website it is written that is possible. The staff from the shop gave me the impression that they don’t want to sell.
My compliments to Laura! She took her time and answered all of my questions. She made me feel like a valued customer, even though I did not end up changing any of my existing contracts.
