I bought the Razer Blade16 MiniLed4080 mercury version from China and brought it to the UK to study. This is the fourth Blade I bought. The previous three have been used for many years and are all of good quality. However, due to dead pixels on the screen, I sent my Blade16 from London to the repair center in Germany on October 9th. FedEx arrived at the repair point one day later. The repair took 5 full working days and then it was sent back. At this time, I was glad that I didn’t encounter the extremely long wait time mentioned online.

But the horror story begins.

I can’t understand the behavior of the German repair center at all, they behaved very unprofessionally. When they sent the package back, there was no cushioning material in the box. They just put my computer in the sleeve (the sleeve is also mine) and then put it in the box with the power adapter. Why not put an A4 paper between the screen and the keyboard? ? Now the squeeze between the screen and keyboard has left permanent scratches on the screen! ! Do you really not care at all? Does this repairman have a grudge against Razer? I can’t understand it at all because the after-sales service of Razer in China is very good. Do you not need the European market at all? What started out as a simple problem with two dead pixels on the screen is now riddled with holes in my laptop. And I haven’t used it for more than a month in total. I requested to replace it with a brand new China Edition laptop of the same model. There is no way I can trust a repair center in Germany anymore!

Problems before repair:

There are just two dead pixels on the screen. Since this is a state-of-the-art MiniLed dual-mode screen, I couldn’t help but want to repair it.

Problems after repair as follows:

There is no isolation pad between the screen and keyboard during transportation. Permanent scratches caused by the squeeze of the screen and keyboard can still be seen even if the screen is lit.

The screen is installed crookedly, the upper right corner is missing, and the upper left corner is very close to the frame, almost squeezed into the frame.

The screen is red and the corners are dark.

Dynamic horizontal stripes appear on the screen when scrolling.

Horizontal red stripes appear on the screen in some screens. For example, under Razer’s default wallpaper.

Laptop fan makes abnormal noise

There are three obvious scratches on the bottom (D side) of the notebook.

There are very deep knife marks on my power adapter, probably caused by the repair center unpacking it.

The first five questions are totally unacceptable to me and it doesn’t allow me to function properly! ! ! I find it completely incomprehensible why Razer would cooperate with this kind of repair company?

* edit after response: well I didn’t send you an apple device, but Xiaomi. Another lie from you! And I had to send the device back to you because it was not fixed properly. It arrived in the third day, but only after one week was checked in!! Here we go again. Same lies and amateur work

8 weeks they took to fix my phone. 8 weeks for changing one part!! They don’t answer their phone nor eMail. Only after threatening with calling police and making a complaint at the consumer protection, they reacted with some lousy excuses.
The reviews are real! Stay away from them!

After taking 2 weeks to repair the phone, they sent it to the wrong Adress, it was sent back and now they say they sent it again but the tracking number given is on in the system and inactive since 2 days. The communication is near to non existent. There are no updates given on the status. I just hope they haven’t lost the phone.

Update:
The phone returned after a MONTH but came back cosmetically DAMAGED, the screen protector had deep SCRATCHES and the sides of the phone are all SCUFFED and SCRATCHED up. I was expecting better, this being my third Xiaomi phone.
