In May 2022 I bought an S21 Ultra in excellent outward appearance. It worked well for 9 months and then the screen began flickering and eventually died. I contacted AGAN who sent me a return address label and a few days later confirmed receipt for repair/replacement as necessary under the 30 month warranty. So far so good. However, I was then told the Technician could not repair it because it was still linked to my Google account and would I please disconnect it or send my Password so that they could disconnect it. They didn’t explain WHY it needed to be disconnected before it could be repaired, but I sent my Password and also found out how to disconnect it myself and did so. After that, I received two different emails; one saying that 2-stage verification was still in place and I should disconnect that: the other asking me to accept return of the telephone so that I could sort out the problem with someone else! This I failed to comprehend and said so, but I did cancel the 2-stage verification. That was more than a week ago – and two months since I returned the phone for repair. I have heard nothing more , but still hope that the phone will be returned to me, duly repaired. It contains hundreds of irreplaceable photos (my fault, I realise; I should have backed them up to my PC) Please, AGAN, give me an update. Are you going to honour your warranty or do I have to buy a replacement phone elsewhere and write off my experience with you as one of life’s deceptions?

I ordered a new mobile phone and received one with a scratched display and a broken SIM card tray. Customer service can only be reached via a complicated contact form. Phone service was switched off “due to the pandemic”! I’m not someone who gibves up quickly, but if you can’t even solve a problem like this quickly because any contact options such as chat or telephone are not available in 2022 – I just feel fooled

My phone had only 6 months of warranty. If you want to return after this period, you will have to provide a Certificate Of Conformity from the manufacturer. So in my case, I should contact Google or an official retailer, send them my phone (Google Pixel 4XL) so they can issue a certificate that the phone was faulty from the manufacturer. It is a very scammy schema with many hops to jump to basically discourage you. Never buying again from this company.
