Really poor service. Damaged my laptop and did not provide any compensation or even an apology.

Went to get a routine laptop fan cleaning and thermal paste resupply done. Was charged EUR69 for the job that took 6 hours. I took a picture of the laptop before sending it in for service (notice from picture that right edge of the laptop has no damage). Upon collecting my laptop I noticed that there was a “pimple” on the right edge of my laptop near the numberpad-Enter button. This was due to an improper handling of my laptop when screwing the backplate into place.

Service staff tried to blame it on me and refused to address the fact that my laptop was not damaged in this manner before sending it in despite photo evidence. Their defence was simply that I “found the damaged area too fast”. Was charged the full amount and staff did not apologize for the damage caused. Strongly recommend staying away from this amateur and unprofessional shop.

I needed the help of Digimigo some weeks ago to change the battery of one laptop and to change the screen of another laptop. I fully recommend their service. The repairs are done super quick (within few hours) once the ordered pieces arrived which also takes short time. They only work and recommend original pieces which I love about dealing with them. I felt that my laptops are completely safe in their hands. Definitely will check them for any problem in the future without caring about the fees (no bad surprises with them). Well, I was there to fix the cooler noise and update the thermal paste. I wanted to change the cooler, but they said, that it’s enough just to lubricate it. Well, right after that cooler worked just fine, but only ~2 months and the same problem appeared again. I decided to go to the other service and when they opened the notebook they saw this (the attachment). Isn’t that too much?! Now I have to pay for the cooler exchange, this time not just lubricate, and extra cost to clean all the thermal paste.

UPD: sorry, didn’t know about 6 months warranty, I wasn’t informed about that, I thought it was 1 month. Yeah, you’re right about the color of the thermal paste, I will increase the rate of the review, that’s not your fault. But I already changed the coolers and now fixing fastening problems, that appeared later.
