I had a really nice experience with the staff. While every other repair shop in Hamburg was telling me a price for Samsung A5 broken glass as 120 Euro or more, i-rep staff very transparently told me that they will try for glass repair first (cheaper option) and if not possible will go for change of display ( costlier option). Not only that, they delivered within time with very good quality of work and cheapest (half of the price) cost.
They picked my Iphone 5S from my apartment, at 11:30, fixed it and brought it back to me in the same day. They even brought it after the opening hours because I wasnt back home till the evening. And just for 40 EUR! Great service and nice staff. Thanks!!
Also, I had already had my Iphone fixed with another shop and the screen quality wasnt so good, but this one is really nice!
Super great service. I fly to Hamburg just to bring my broken Tablets and iPhones to them (2 iPhones and a Tablet until now), because they are so fast, reliable and all at a great price.
