There was no sign indicating the Handydoc, only a small poster on the door, not visible from the street.
I had to wait outside because the place was closed during it’s working hours.
There was no at all diagnostic of my device, I’ve been told that complete new display needed for my device would cost me 77 euros and I had to wait for it 1-2 weeks. Plus I would need to pay around 50 Euros for the work itself.
I googled and find out that average price for my problem is 80-90 euros, including the new display. And the display itself costs 30-45 euros on Amazon and available in 2-3 days.
No wonder I am not a customer, but I have what to say in my feedback nevertheless.
