Visited the place twice within a week. The first time, a relatively good English speaking member of the stuff answered my question and then I left. The second time I went to the store, ready to purchase one of the latest products of Apple, I was accompanied by my 2.5 yrs old, who was checking out quietly some product on display. I had to jump after him to tide a thing or two up, but generally was very calm, particularly for the age, without inflicting any damages whatsoever. The manager, obviously very displeased and uncomfortable by the presence of the child, got also too frustrated trying to answer to me in English and then he started mumbling to his trainee right in front of me in German -language- various rude things about me and my 2.5yrs old. It was then that I responded in German thanking him for his time and telling him that I am afraid I will have to go and purchase the product from another store. Utterly unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable behavior.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t speak German, the store staff speaks very good English and he is really really friendly and helpful. The repair service is very considerate, efficient and of high quality, I will go back to this store if I need it, of course I hope I won’t. But highly recommend ! ! ! NICE SERVICE and EFFICIENT REPAIR, just have a try.
BTW, there are also lots of products there , just go and experience! near marketplatz, in the city center, good location, another good reason you should not miss it if you need some help with apple products.

The guys at this shop are really amazing. Really friendly and most importantly, very helpful and competent. They took their time to help me with my unusual problem and then they went the extra mile for me to make sure it was quickly fixed – I am extremely grateful for that.

I also had the chance to get to meet the technician in person – usually these guys are hidden and underrated – and he is just great! As is the person on the floor – einfach genial!

I recommend them 10/10, no doubt.
