If you look some electronic staff,phone, TV, kitchen’s staff , one is your options in Kassel, another one in Dez shopping mall Media Markt.
Saturn in city center easy to get there with all Tram numbers mostly.
I bought 2 things from there, q coffee machine for my friend, one phone from my self.
I used to travel here many times in spend time in Kassel but I don’t know what happened to people not so friendly and some of them not helpful for your questions! We know covid effects all the word. But people not try to communicated whit tourist!

A few of them helped me for my questions. But not much people around. My idea is nothing about staff about administrative..

When u arrive cashier and they speaks something about coffee machines I told them , I’m tourist, I can’t speaks German, sorry. But keep talking her self.
Guy’s come one, what’s wrong here?
If u wanna communicate u can do that! Many people talk English in Germany just call someone and let explain!

If you wanna communicate uou MUST KNOW GERMAN!
Pay your money, use ur phone for information about what are you interesting there don’t ask help. Unprofessional management

About price regular also some electronic staff cheaper than Media Mark, you should visit 2 place and see differences.

Had an absolutely terrible experience at the store.
I wanted to purchase an adaptor which was showing as available at the Kassel branch and at the store the staff was quite impolite.
Despite the fact that I conversed in German, showed a translated message in German and showed the product I needed is located in their branch the staff was just bouncing me off from one salesman to another with no-one helping me out and after 45mins I was given a wrong product which I again had to come back exchange and repeat all over again.
The two ladies (staff) who were at the exchange desk were quite helpful and polite, the rest were terribl and least bothered, at least to me.
