I arrived and they greeted me super friendly and offered me a “free” service to inspect the phone. 30 minutes I went back and I saw something odd, because I know my product and tried to fix it at home by myself carefully until I saw he messed up my finger print cable (see photo for comparison) I am 101% sure that the dude did a mistake, but he wasn’t honest and said that I was debating for small amount of money like 5EUR. Man up man. Not recommended! Nonetheless he gave me 4EUR so I can buy the spare part by myself, because he knew I was right and he was lying.. A trick doesn’t work on me!
Very friendly and patient, I was having issues getting my sim card to activate and they sat down and helped me until my issue was resolved. We had just met but they treated me like a friend and made sure i was taken care of. Would 100% recommend this shop to anyone.
It has been a very good experience, they have taken care of me very well!! They were super empathetic with my problem and solved it in 15 minutes.
Absolutely recommended!! And they speak English as well.
