I visited the Cyberport shop at Friedrichstrasse today after an Apple ChatBot recommended it to me. I accidentally broke one of the keyboard keys while cleaning it and wanted to see if it could be replaced. While the consultant in the store was quite skeptical and mentioned that it might cost me half the price of a new laptop, he directed me to the Apple service point in another part of the building.

There, I was assisted by Mr. Brauer, who quickly replaced the key and took the time to explain exactly what I did wrong and how to avoid such issues in the future. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Mr. Brauer, thank you so much for your top-notch service! You truly embody what every customer hopes to find in a support professional. Your expertise and kindness make you a true rarity, and Cyberport should definitely consider giving you a raise! 🙂

I made an order for a computer costing almost EUR3,000 on a Saturday, noting that their website said it would take one day to deliver it and that it was available in the warehouse. I called on Monday to check on my order, and the customer support representative told me that with 99% certainty it will be delivered on Tuesday. I waited and called on Tuesday and they said it will be delivered on Wednesday. I began to get frustrated and sent an angry email – they answered me Wednesday morning now telling me it will be delivered on Thursday. I sent another angry email asking how long it would take to acquire a refund if I cancel and these incompetent people just went ahead and cancelled my order altogether. Completely unreliable and careless service, joke of a company – will not be using again. Shameful, frustrating and disrespectful.

This is the best place in Berlin for all Mac lovers. The staff is very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They don’t rush you (unlike Apple Rosenthaler Strasse). I needed to replace the battery in my MacBook Air. Initially, I went to Apple Rosenthaler Strasse where they informed me that I would have to leave my Mac in their store for two weeks (sic!). Unfortunately, they weren’t open to reasonable conversation, such as whether they could log my Mac into their list and allow me to return later, rather than having it sit on their shelf for two weeks. Magically, at Cyberport, I had my Mac back in three hours! It’s working perfectly, and I even received a small present, as you can see in the photo.
