Though it feels like heaven upon entering an technology store , the staff is not entirely able to help, seems they have not enough info on a product, but when you need to ask advice they send you to someone else. They are also not well educated in friendliness and/ or speaking English. It is nice to wander around in the store to see what is new and available,but it becomes a maze to find something you spesifically want. Maybe Germans don’t care how they portray the image of the store! I might recommend that staff take more serious there job description and speak english!

The workers don’t have over view of the products they sell and can not speak English. For ex. I asked for Sony headphones he said they don’t have it while not only they had 4 different types they also had 3 in sale. For that effect he did not even try to help me find earplugs at all.
Sec ex they sell Sony smartphone but not the protective gear…. Other then that I would say if it’s not on sale don’t buy it cause you can get better deals elsewhere.

I wanted to buy a new Bluetooth Speaker. Had to wait a few minutes because I had questions about the different devices and the employee was talking with other customers. After that I was pleased with quick and competent reviews. The overview in the store is easy to understand and you don’t need to search long to find a product. From the free parking lot next to the shopping centrum the store is easy to reach.
