I recently purchase an inkjet printer cartridge and bought the wrong one. I was supposed to buy epson multipack 29 but got epson multipack 18. My fault understand my mistake. I come back home realize i have purchase the wrong one. I do not open anything keep everything intact and go back the next day to get it replaced. To my surprise the people at Saturn told me i cant get it replaced. This is the worst type of customer service anyone can do. In Germany, you have the possibility to get refunded anything within the time frame of 14 days and all i wanted was to buy a different cartridge that also costs the same price. I had to argue for one hour to get those replaced. I would never in my life ever go back to Saturn to purchase anything. They should close their stores and maybe learn what Amazon do. I have had the worst experience i could ever imagine
Pretty good. It has almost everything related to technology as well Home appliances. Everything for Computers softwares/hardwares, gaming. If you’re a little bit more “Geek” than usual, then you will like it a lot.
It is a little overpriced but you can pay in any way you want (Cash, Card, Loan via Bank etc).

My kid, like to buy new games…my husband love new home and tech equipments Prices are realy good – when U compare them with prices … for example in Amazon
