Worst service from a supermarket so far, bought a pair of ear buds for like EUR250 broke down after a few months. Then they made me wait 2 weeks just to tell me that the earbuds cannot be fixed and I’d have to swap them with a new pair for which I paid extra EUR40. Then the new earbuds broke down after a couple of months. Now it’s been 2 months I’ve been waiting after they said they’ll gift me a newer pair, a newer model that is EUR10 more expensive. What a joke for a compensation… Oh and I forgot to mention that for all the times I’ve come to check up on the situation has been because I got tired of waiting and not because they’ve sent me an email or call me like they said they would. Just sad and infuriating

Big store. Lots of good items. Salespeople and consultants speak English. However, they all talk to each other a lot and no one came up to help pick out a product. Even when I asked about what I’m looking for. They just showed me where to look. But on the goods I did not find any prices or descriptions. Therefore, the store is not bad and there is a choice, but in my case there was no contact with the buyer.

They sell goods that do not exist or do not correspond to the stated characteristics. When pointing out this case, the support tried to ignore the complaint. After urgent recommendations, they did accept the appeal. But a month after the first appeal they asked to send the story again. Plausibly non-existent product is still on sale. Facepalm.
