Avoid ! After receiving non working laptop (sold as new) with missing & changed internals they refused to replace and shouted on the phone call to us. Laptop they sold is now reported by Lenovo as stolen. Even if misconduct (and or theft) was not done by them, company with good intentions & trust would cooperate with investigation which they refused.
Edited part after owner response:
We contacted and chatted with aitek.de immediately – 2 working days after receiving package, when we turned laptop first on (by me) via aitek.de chat function. They told us we can not replace it and we can not return it and even told us what to check on laptop and after nothing worked they told us to send it to Lenovo and create support ticked ourselfs. Thats why it took 1 another month for Lenovo to evaluate/open Laptop aitek.de sold to us as they didnt take any responsibility to handle non working “new” laptop they sold. ( I was only one handling laptop in the company and have everything also photo documented if anybody cares). We also have serial number from BIOS extracted of real non working computer they sent to us -different model btw). And yes I have been to police in Munich already spent 2 hours there :/ because aitek.de didnt want to communicate with us what we should do . I actually I didnt rule out to police that this might not be criminal misconduct directly by aitek.de company just negligence from their supplier to /shipping etc. None or less I can not recommend anybody buying from aitek.de company as they:
A/ don’t take responsibility of what they (re) sell…
B/ yell at polite customers
C/ in case of problems they send customers to the police instead == waste of time and money for any customer.

Ich habe hier ein Macbook gekauft was wahrscheinlich als Retoure aufgekauft und als “neuwertig” angegeben wurde. Die Beschreibung halt, was sie verspricht. Mit tadellosem optischen Zustand und gerade einmal 4 Ladezyklen, ist das Gerat eigentlich neu und das ganze fur 150 Euro unter dem Originalpreis. LAut Angaben gelten fur jedes Gerat strenge Qualitatskontrollen und das kann ich bestatigen. Ich finde das sehr vertrauensvoll, weil man so weiss, dass einem auch nur top Gerate verkauft werden. Dazu noch grossartiger Kundensupport und reibungslose Kontaktaufnahme. Schnelle Antwort, am nachsten Tag im Buro abgeholt. Alles total unkompliziert.

Besser spat als nie:

Hab zweimal fur die Arbeit neue Laptops bei Aitek bestellt als es schnell gehen musste -> super Service, freundlich, schnell, Ware wie beschrieben!

Einmal hat unsere Buroassistentin das Gerat sogar mit Zahlungsbestatigung vor Ort abgeholt, da der alte Laptop der GF spontan den Geist aufgegeben hat.
