I recently brought my Samsung Galaxy A32 there for repair.
It was very easy to agree on the process and conditions. The staff was really polite, willing to help and provided comprehensive explanation of possibilities and previous experience.
It took a few days for the parts to be delivered.
The work itself took only half an hour and the result was absolutely perfect.
The screen replacement cost EUR120 while the phone price is EUR190. It is a bit frustrating, although it is probably the cost of the part and not the price of the service.
Anyway, I can definitely recommend this place!

Dieser Shop dient auch als Paketstation von GLS, nun ist es aber so das die angegebenen Offnungszeiten absolut null stimmen!!!!
Es wurde ein Zettel an die Tur geklebt das die Offnungszeiten wegen Urlaub auf 10-14 reduziert worden sind.So weit so gut , nun ist aber das Problem das zu diesen Zeiten auch niemand anzutreffen ist !!!!

Wie soll man seine Pakete abholen wenn niemand da ist !!!!!
Es ist eine absolute Frechheit als Paketstation zu fundieren und dann so einen Service zu bieten.
Ich bin total begeistert!
Der freundliche und kompetente junger Mann hat mir innerhalb einer Stunde das Iphone repariert, davor schon die anfallenden Kosten bei Erfolg und auch bei Misserfolg genannt, da weiss man gleich, woran man ist.
Ich hoffe zwar nicht, dass ich seine Dienste nochmal in Anspruch nehmen muss – aber wenn, dann jederzeit gerne wieder!!
