My laptop fan was damaged and needed to be replaced. I contacted them and asked about the estimated costs to replace it.

The staff were very friendly and the repairs did not exceed the quoted price. The person at the front desk was super polite and understanding. When the repair got delayed (not their fault, due to shipping delays for the replacement fan) they provided me with a rental laptop for free.

In summary, satisfied with the customer service and the repair. Everyone speaks English, so I can recommend it to my international peers too. My only suggestion would be to add a digital mode of payment if possible. Cheers!

I went there for a repair, my screen blacked out. The process is simple et straight forward (40EUR to check the issue, which are deducted from total fees if you fix it with them).
My issue was with two motherboard chips, one for the screen and another for the BIOS, the fee was fair I think. The problem was fixed as soon as the ordered parts arrived, within 2 weeks.
Tatiana (the assistant) is a very sweet and kind lady.
Plus, even after the service, there is a 6 months-warranty on whatever parts they replace.. so even less stress on you, if you still have any doubt.

This is without any doubts the best Apple service I ever had. I had a MacBook with not working keyboard, that was full of red wine 🙂 A couple of other services, that i visited before, suggested me simply replace the whole laptop saying that it is not repairable. But the Pc Mac Reparatur has replaced the keyboard for a fair charge and even managed somehow to find it with cyrillic letters, which i had previously. In addition, it was done in a short terms. Actually, I am writing this feedback from my freshly repaired laptop. 5 stars from me and many thanks!
