Ordered a RTX 3080Ti FE for 1199EUR there. I was so happy. When receiving it, I noticed the package had already been opened and resealed with cheap tape. Although the card looked nice and was working nice, it was obvious by looking at the PCI that it had been plugged in a motherboard already. I opened a complaint because it is not normal to buy something so expensive as NEW and to receive it NOT NEW. Sending back for a new one/only sending back were the only options I got offered, which are not ok for me since I have to leave Germany for good soon. NBB can’t offer me a gutschein or something of the kind because according to them, << the card is new; the previous owner just sent it back within a few days but it's new >>. Of course you will find it sounds stupid and there is a good reason for that. An object you receive with broken seals and that has been plugged in already ISNT NEW, although NBB seems to think the contrary. Never buying NBB again, really disappointing experience.

My experience at the store was awesome, the staff is very helpful and explains everything in English/German as required. The range of products they have is quite astonishing, i wasn’t able to find these many products in any of the rest stores. Be it Laptop, tabs, modem/router, cables and many more such products.
Also the prices are better as compared to online or other stores. So I’ll highly recommend everyone to visit the store before buying electronics from elsewhere. Kudos to the team!

Ordered on a monday afternoon and got the pickup-ready email Wednesday (in time as needed). I also noticed patient and friendly customer service to check satus of my order. Pickup accepted with an ID or a driver’s license. A star less because of non-availability of the model I was looking for and also non availability of keyboards other than German 🙁
