Die tatsachliche Reparatur wurde dann schneller als erwartet durchgefuhrt, und mein Handy funktioniert jetzt einwandfrei.

Kurz gesagt, ich bin froh, dass es eine derart herausragende Handywerkstatt in Freising gibt. Bei Bedarf werde ich definitiv wieder ihre Dienste in Anspruch nehmen und kann sie guten Gewissens allen empfehlen.

I gave my phone here on Monday 7.8.23 due to a water damage, While receiving the phone I was “preached” about the diagnostics fee and I was told I will be contacted in 2-3 days.

Until the next Monday which is 6 working days there was no call or information.

I asked the front desk whether the phone was dehumidified with silica gel or any such water absorbing technique, the reply: “we should do that?”

While another person came out and said we tried and there is a short on the mother board.

For me statement that they will contact me in 2-3 days did not happen, they didn’t contact me. So unfortunate Waste of diagnostic fee, since they had the phone for a week and no signs of any attempts to repair or at least de-hydrate the the printed circuit board.

Wirklich schon sehr lange nicht so einen kundenorientierte Service erlebt.
Sehr sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Kontakt, der alle Moglichkeiten der Reparatur des Handys erklart, die Preise sehr transparent darlegt.
Die Abwicklung verlief reibungslos. Die anvisierte Fertigstellung hat genauso funktioniert und das Ergebnis war sehr prazise umgesetzt.
Ich kann bei Schaden am Handy diesen Laden nur warmstens empfehlen
