About a half a year ago I went to them to have a new Computer built together and they helped me through all the different components and talked me out of the most expensive parts despite me being completely clueless about the topic. Few months later when my device no longer showed an image, they managed to resolve the issue within a couple of days and replaced the faulty part without a problem.
The workers there speak both English and German which made communication a lot easier. They’re also very friendly and I’ll definitely return in the future whenever I need a new device!
Excellent customer service and support. I was talked out of a more expensive build by the staff who provided a lot of knowledge about my parts list. After purchasing a computer from Asus through ARLT I had nothing but issues. I brought the computer back to the store and the staff had figured out the problem in just a couple of days and offered to replace/slightly upgrade the faulty part for free. They speak English and German and also take vat forms. A great place to go!!
