I went to Nuremberg on a business visit. I broke my iPhone 7 Plus screen and went there for replacement, got the replacement done in 1hr and was happy. Returned to India.

Later I see lot of issues like sluggishness, unresponsive and frozen issues in the screen and visited a apple service centre in Bangalore, India, only to find that the replaced screen was a fake…..paid 160 Euro for fake display screen… pure act of cheating which I didn’t expect would happen in a such a wonderful country. Please go to authorised service centre only… my request…

I visited the store 2 weeks ago and asked the employee for a protective glas for Iphone x. Having put it on he hasn’t given me any proof that I have paid for it.After two days ago I went back to the shop and I complained that the glas had not been properly applied and was not properly positioned and that the guy who puted he never gave me a receipt.Fortunately,a girl who works there replaced the glas for free.!
At least you can ask for an apology and be more smily to the customers. It’s free 🙂 I’m pretty sure I will not come again to this shop

Ihr habt meine Geschaftsreise in Nurnberg gerettet. Diese ware mit einem kaputten Handy echt anstrengend. Danke nochmal ich kann diesen Laden zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
