Full of Arrogance!

I hope people can translate my message. Today, my Philips TV was delivered as I bought it online. Sadly, the TV stopped working after just two minutes. I was told I could make an exchange in store, and I checked online to confirm the TV was in stock.

When I arrived, they needed to check my TV. After inspecting it, they said everything was working and that they would have to send it for further testing, but assured me I should trust them. Of course, I did not trust them due to the arrogance of the staff members. I insisted they test it in front of me, and with arrogance, they said, “See, it works,” while just hovering on the menu. I then asked them to click on an app, and the TV suddenly stopped working.

When I asked what happened, the staff member said, “HELLO, IT’S Philips. I never sell these TVs.” They could not offer me anything in store, no store credit or a refund. The way I was dealt with was unprofessional and misunderstood.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS THEY ARE UNKNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PRODUCTS AND NOT HELPFUL.

Pretty good, big and reasonably well-organized. Was able to find what I was looking for, and it came at a slightly lower price than I expected. On the downside, it being on multiple floors with just one clear path also meant that I had to traverse multiple levels with few options in terms of shortcuts.
Have not yet interacted with their customer agents, so can’t really say much about about their quality of service. Will likely come here again and update once I have a clearer picture of their customer service.

This is a great electronic store with so many options for reasonable priced products. They did not carry Bose products and don’t have many top brand items. Mostly off brand more affordable stuff. It wasn’t super organized and it was very busy around lunch time. I ended up getting what I needed but not what I wanted.
