I did not like this store at all. Perticularly the staff of the store. I was there to buy an Induction for cooking and waiting for the staff to ask about some of my questions on buying the Induction. No one was around there so I walked to two staff members who were attending a white lady (mentioning this because I am a brown guy) and I waited beside all 3 of them hoping one of the staff member might turn to me asking what do i want? I waited beside them more than 5-6 minutes but to my surprise none of the two staff members forget about asking me what do i need but they clearly ignored to look at me and were busy attending (entertaining) the white lady. Then i thought it is not worth waiting or asking anyone of those both guys about the Induction. So, i looked for another staff and walked to a staff member who was busy in the washing machine section. As he was writing some document on the machine I waited beside him so that he finish his work and ask me do i need something and after a minute another white lady (customer) came and stood besides me to waiting for the same staff to ask some question on. As that staff saw the white lady standing there he immediately asked her what do she need? And then he realised that i was standing surprised because even i was there first he did not ask me what do i need, instead he asked the lady came after me and to cover up he said he thought i and the white lady have came together so he asked the lady about her querry and not me. This was so painful because it was clearly understandable that i was standing there way before the lady came and we were not standing together to even look like that we are together. I did not say anything to that staff member as, it was obvious that all these three staff clearly ignored attending me (a brown guy) over attending the white ladies.
If you are smart enough then you will can draw your own conclusion on this instance.
It is a long review but I could not have written it shorter than this.
I will never go to this store again.

Salesman at printer section is horrible. Such an old fashioned and arrogant way of selling.

We came to choose a printer and specifically were not looking for HP printer because of our own reasons. Salesman was insisting on buying HP (probably gets more commission from it) and when we refused and instead were willing to buy Canon, he just walked off to someone else.
So that day we could have brought some money to Media Markt, but the behavior of that employee just left horrible impression of the store so we left.

The media markt in schoneweide manager should be fired. The prices of the stuff are all so disorganised. It is such a mess!!! If you are not gonna keep the store organised at least put price scanners around the store so i dont have to go ask the one employee to search on the computer for me, because the rest of the employees are just enjoying a nice conversation between themselves. Worst media markt in Berlin.
