WORST shop in Osnabruck!!!! If you are a foreigner they are reluctant to speak to you and when they do they don’t face you and they just answer with one or two words if possible (needless to say they don’t smile at you)!!! I have been there many times and most of the times they treat me with NO respect! On top of that wonderful experience there is not enough employees and all the time I have to wait a lot until someone helps me, so if I go to ask for help before they cocme to me the answer I get is “Can’t help you I am working”.
Unfortunately very very bad customer service, We bought TV and other things but the customer service was so bad I have never experienced any where in any saturn shop in Germany. I have to say that must and they should first focused on customer service, and will never visit again . They will.loose customers if doing same with everyone .

“Do you have power converters?”
“Yes.”
“Cool! Where are they?”
“Over there.”
“I was just over there, couldn’t find them.”
“Uh… Over there!” (Points in a different, random direction.)
