It was the worst experience in this shop center ( not even the name from that shop I wanna tell )….
It was a blond woman that she was so rude and when I try to ask something she was looking at the air and blowing Like saying I am bored and what he want again….. I never see anything like this in those stores…
Defently if someone ask me I will sujest something else and I will xplain exactly the same reasons…….
Those people they must not work in a shop center but lock them down in a cellar!!!!

It was a very bad experience in this Media Markt. A stupid male staff made a mistake when re-charge my Sim card credit. That’s why, the credit finished very quick instead of one month. The Manager came to explain to me today and said I have to pay for a new re-charge credit again and could not complaint about it. This is very bad service when their staff made mistake and the customer has to pay for it. : (
I’m a black man , I was at this place and it’s amazing how I was treated equally like everyone else when ever I needed assistance from any of the staffs… I love you guys thanks for the services… great shopping experience you can get everything you need electronic for reasonable price .. And I even got discounts on my shopping
