Super helpful staff as usual.
Their corona measures are on point. Normally you receive a QR code on your email which you can easily scan on the spot so that they find your query faster. But as my data and phone weren’t working, they used their internal system to find my file. It was done swiftly.

Even though I made an appointment, i had to wait almost 1h before someone helped me. The person that eventually helped me was impatient and did not seem to try to understand or listen to my concern. This was the worst apple experience I have ever had.
The problem with Apple stores is that you can never get served quickly because of all the layabouts and nerds clogging up the aisles. The staff seem to have forgotten that the main purpose of a store is to sell stuff.
