usually only one person there ( a teenager ). customers waiting. but no service….no one answers the phone. the only way you will get service from this shop is to have the afternoon off. it is small with usually only 1 person there . and he will spend a half hour with a customer that is not buying anything only asking 100 questions.. no multitasking or asking other customers to wait a minute or if they need something quick. typical German customer service. when I was there. 4 people where waiting as this kid spent 30 min explaining all kinds of questions. to a customer who was not buying ( only getting free advice)..I just needed to buy an item and go. but this kid could not ring this up and answer the questions to the other person. I left and returned 2 hours later. yes the kid has good knowledge of Mac , but not very good customer skills…next time I will drive to Berlin apple . last time I was there I was greeting within 30 seconds of entering and helped right . away…my time is also valuable.

Great staff, very competent and use-case-driven counsel, not out for the buck. If you live in the Potsdam area and wish to have a calm and professional (do not waste time to drive to Apple Berlin, it a manicly crowded and noisy place, sucks royally) experience with the full Apple selection, this is the place to go. You could also drive towards Berlin to Gravis for a larger selection of asseccories, but for Apple branded products, this is the real deal.
