I arrived with a smashed screen of my phone, that they replaced on the spot in 15′. After this service, my phone’s motherboard started to fail inexplicably, making it impossible to use. Since we couldn’t find out what exactly was causing the problem (given that my phone was an old iphone6, bought 2nd hand) they took responsibility for it and directly replaced the phone for a new one (same model), that was even in far better condition than mine. They did this for no extra cost, including saving and transfering all my data. They went out of their way to make sure that I would go home with a solution, and not a new problem.
I live far from this shop, and having many similar options around my home, I went all the way across town to this one, encouraged by their good reviews. Now I know why that is.

Der Ein/Aus-Schalter bei meinem Handy war abgefallen, ich hatte ihn selbst festgeklebt, dann ging er gar nicht mehr. Im Handyladen wurde ich trotzdem mit Zuvorkommenheit (und ohne die befurchtete Ironie) beraten, die Reparatur ging von einem Tag auf den anderen, war recht umfanglich aber trotzdem preisgunstig. Vielen Dank, mein Handy ist wieder benutzbar und ich bin sehr zufrieden.
