I went there to buy a small coffee maker (hot pot) for my son. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of brands available for electronic goods, and the range of prices. It is conveniently located next to the Reutlingen Train station.

I could get a simple personal coffee maker of 500ml size that came bundled with two heat resistant plastic cups, two spoons / stirrers and a small coffee + sugar container box, all of which every fit in the coffee maker jar for easily carrying around during picnics / trips. All this was for a reasonable price of just 19 Euros.

The front desk checkout was an efficient process too, with the line moving fast. The cashier was courteous, spoke a bit of English and explained the warranty.

All in well, a good shopping experience!

This branch has the least efficient customer service. For a screen protector, we have waited over an hour and even they charge the service fee. I needed to wait for 3 different employees try to figure it out and they still couldn’t do it. They opened 4 new packs to try. They are still trying as of now. UPDATE: THEY COULDN’T MAKE IT AND WE DON’T HAVE OUR OLD SCREEN SAVER

I’m giving the 5 stars just for the young guy Tim that works there. He helped me buy an Apple Watch there and a PS5 with a dual sense edge controller. He is super friendly and knowledgeable… if you ever run into a problem ask for him instead of wasting hours with some of the workers there that don’t know very much about technology
