Thomas was initially responsive, but after paying 300EUR to repair my crashed computer, once I got it back, it continued to crash. I messaged him multiple times and he said he would help, but never did. Now I moved away from the area and my computer still crashes. I think tonight might have been it’s final attempt and I’m not sure it will restart at this point. So, about a month after spending 300EUR for no reason, now I most likely have to get a new computer anyway. Wish I would have just saved my money.
Herr Lehmann ist sehr kompetent und hilft wo er nur kann. Wenn wir Probleme mit dem PC haben, hat er uns immer gut weiter geholfen und die Computer Probleme auch sehr kurzfristig losen konnen.
