I have a Realme X2 Pro and the display needed to be replaced. The display slowly started to turn black and was increasing to full black display.
The store gave me a quotation of 130EUR for the display replacement by a new and original one and a wainting time of at least a week to receive the display in the store.
Result: the display was not original, as soon as I switched on the mobile the finger printer was not working and there was a pop up message mentioning that the “Finger printer sensor is not working with third parties parts”. The symbols in the top bar are now cutted. To wake up the display I need to press the on button more than 4 to 5 times, sometime more.. is very annoying. The front camera is now bluray. The battery is draining faster.
After complaining and leaving the mobile to be fix for some hours, the store said that in the supplier webpage was mentioned that the display was original and that they could not do more.
It would be fine if in the initial quotation they would tell me that the display was not original so I could decide if I should take the risk or not.
So in the end, I paid for a original display+labor and now I’ve a mobile full of issues.
I’ve a bad experience and I’m not a happy customer.

Netter Mitarbeiter, leider keine gute Qualitat. Mein iPhone Screen ist kaputt gegangen und ich lies ihn dort austauschen. Es sah alles gut aus, ging schnell, gunstig und nett. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich bei Problemen gerne zuruckkommen kann. Seitdem macht mein Display sich mehrmals taglich ,,selbststandig”. Ich bin zuruck zum Store und mit wurde gesagt, dass man ausser einem hard reset nichts weiter tun konnte. Das Problem besteht seit vielen Monaten und ist total anstrengend.
Fazit: Leider am falschen Ende gespart.

Mein Handy war aufgrund eines Hitzeschadens nicht mehr nutzbar. Der wirklich sehr nette Besitzer/Mitarbeiter hat uber Nacht den Screen ausgetauscht und die Hulle gleich mit, ohne Zusatzkosten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und wurde wieder hingehen.
