Worst store to buy items online. Bought an item on 16th of March, payment was made instantly. Customer service was useless, as they provided me with the same answer every time “We are preparing your order, it will be out soon!”. This went on for weeks. After over 1 month, I got a message “Sorry, we do not have the item in stock anymore.”. When I checked regularly, the item was on stock this whole time! And it still is! If it’s not available in a certain store, why can’t they send it from another store to me? Retarded concept. The constant lies and utter laziness of the employees is horrible. Thank god Germany has other multimedia stores.

The staff at the service station is extemeley slow and also far from being conpetent. They had only one person at the counter on a Friday shortly before 5pm, because the other one took a break. That although there were a lot of people at the store.
The person at the counter wasn’t able to deal with a simple request. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes although there was only one customer in front of me.
This is absolutely pathetic and mustn’t happen as customer service is the only thing with which physical stores can distinguish themselves from online shops like Amazon!

I see people commenting on the lack of staff in the area. I don’t really know about this place; I just visited randomly. While coming from Aachen, I always saw this building. Fortunately, my friend who lives in Cologne was with me, and he told me that this is one of the oldest skyscrapers in Germany. We just went to the ground floor and drove a car for free. There were a lot of gaming PCs there. I don’t know much about games, but one can easily go and play games here for free. It was a good experience.
