Worst experience so far… Management is not cooperative… Just thinking about selling products and making money. Bought apple airpods 2 months ago in between once it was changed becasue of voice problem but again was not comfortable with the new one because my airpods case was damaged when i get back from them i didn’t notice at that time and i was not happy with my replaced airpods. Ask for solution to buy new other product by paying extra money but was not facilitated by the fornt desk representative. Even he didn’t listen me while i was explaining my problem. I get pain in my ears while using them. I spend 200 euro for these painful item and also bought i-phone 14 pro Max but again not happy at all with their services.
I recommend to this company kindly think about retaining your customers.

We were happy customers of saturn Sankt Augustin till yesterday but not any more. Had the worst purchase experience from the store today. But I don’t want to blame anybody in person. We learned a lesson. We will make best informed choices in future.

I was positively surprised when Saturn staff approached me in the store and asked me if they can help in any way. This is rarely seen this days. Big beautiful 5 from me. I appreciate this gesture very much:) Thanks to young lady with red hair!
