Slomalsia telefon na garantii,zabrali,remontirovali 3 nedeli,zabral,prishiol domoi i vkliuchil,telefon vkliuchilsia i cherez pol minuty potukh,prinios obratno,telefon vsio taki vkliuchilsia,no vydal na chiornom ekrane oshibku,tsifry,bukvy,opiat’ zabrali,skazali opiat’ do 3 nedel’. Eto znachit,chto bez telefona,onlaibanking,bez prilozhenii i pochty ia dolzhen prosidet’ pochti dva mesiatsa?!? Kto za eto otvetit?!?
Pri etom personal otlichnyi,vezhlivyi i vsegda gotov pomoch’,no tam,kuda otsylaiut polomannye gadzhety vsio ochen’ dolgo i ne ochen’ nadiozhno,neuzheli s pervogo raza nel’zia bylo sdelat’ i proverit’!!!
Posle negativnogo otzyva napisal i v Ingram micro otzyv i s tem zhe voprosom-“pochemu ia uzhe pochti dva mesiatsa bez telefona?!”
K+V vydali mne vremennyi tlf na vremia remonta,pochemu ne sdelali eto srazu,prichiom s vremennym telefonom ia ne mogu popast’ vo mnogie moi prilozheniia?!?
K K+V pretenzii net,no navernoe mozhno i s drugim servisom po remontu sotrudnichat’!!!
Izmeniu otsenku kak tol’ko poluchu svoi telefon nazad!!!

Ich habe meinen Laptop vorbei gebracht, mit dem Auftrag zu Prufen, ob die Batterie und die integrierte Tastatur noch bestellbar und austauschbar sind. Ich hatte extra ein Gastkonto eingerichtet und EXPLIZIT an der Information gesagt, dass der Laptop NICHT Zuruckgesetzt werden darf. Die Reparatur geht aufgrund der nicht mehr bestellbaren Teile nicht. Service bezahle ich…. ABER mein Laptop wurde upgegraded auf windows 11… alles ist weg! Ich bin stinksauer und kann daher den Service nicht empfehlen.
