One staff member is racist towards people of colour, he didnt respond and just walked around my friend and me when we asked him for help multiple times, even another customer apologised to us as he would assist her who was white but not brown people, fyi I am fluent in German so there was no language barrier, he simply chose not to interact with us. (for staff: he was wearing a dark blue shirt with short rectagular glasses)

Absolutely disgusting behaviour in this day and age…other members were kind but this really spoilt my experience as all I wanted to ask was where they sell gopro’s. I decided to buy it elsewhere due to how we were treated.

I would like to specially thank to your employee Daniel Berger, who worked at the aftersales customer support desk on monday 08.07.24,because of his great customer service skills. I had problems with my Bluetooth Earphones. He listened my problem very carefully and showed great intention to help me to solved my problem.
