Incredible service!! The best I’ve ever had at a phone shop…went above and beyond to help me (as a person who just moved to Berlin) find the best contract, help me get the right paperwork and set up my phone. It can be pretty difficult in Germany and the staff at this shop made it a breeze. 10/10
