Not about this branch of the service center, but in general about the quality of samsung gadgets and their attitude towards customer needs

If you want to buy something that costs a lot and works as a 10 euro no-name brard watch, choose the Samsung Watch 3!!!!

One of the reasons I chose this watch was that I already have a Samsung smartphone. So I thought everything would work correctly because they are products of the same brand. Of course I have checked minimal requirements for the smartphone with which the watch interacts.

What ended up happening?

NFS on the watch doesn’t work, because on my smartphone with NFS you can’t install Samsung Pay, only Google Pay. And google pay doesn’t work with the watch 3.

I can’t make or receive calls from the watch, because I have dual sim on my phone. The watch 3 just freezes when you have to select a sim card.

And there is no warning anywhere about these problems.

Plus a bad battery and calibration of the blood pressure sensor with a tonometer . Of course, tomorrow I will go and buy a tonometer to do the calibration.

Lots of promises and in the end tons of wasted time and nothing works.

Thank you samsung for taking care of your customers! My opinion of your company has changed a lot.

Having read the stellar reviews I went in with high expectations. However, I was greeted by a rather grumpy lady who may just have been having a bad day. A popsocket had to be removed from the back and I was told “How am I supposed to remove it?!” instead of a more polite “I’m sorry, I won’t be able to remove it” – it really doesn’t cost much to be a little more pleasant with people, just a different choice of words and tone. This example and the tone of the rest of the conversation left me feeling unwelcome and rebuked, so I left without placing an order. In the back the tech looked very professional and legit, but some investment in customer service would be nice.
