Nearly everytime I am here or have a dealing with this shop, I am left disappointed. Several times I have checked in advance if stock is available, only to drive 30 mins (each way) to find out that they dont have it. Their special offer stock is always depleted and when ringing the store to find out before driving, it has been met with unfriendly and impatient answers on the phone. On one occasion I bought a keyboard only to find it defective upon arriving at home. On another occassion I bought something online to pick up, only for it be be cancelled without explanation.

I bought the phone and paid for it online. I looked up the store in witch I can get the phone the same day. I paid. Then I received an email, that they have a problem finding my phone and it will be ordered and I have to wait. I drove to the store to check what’s going on and as I found out. In the store they had 6 phones but they refused to give one of them to me. They said that I had to wait for my phone to be delivered to the store lol. The same shop the same location and I could jot get my phone.

I was there for about 3 hours waiting for someone to help me i even asked three people they all said wait a minute and never came back really just needed a phone i didn’t even need a whole lecture but they still never helped so yeah the customer service was really really bad for me!!
