The owner and techs of this company are very polite and helpful. I brought them my laptop in a panic because it wouldn’t turn on and I needed it for work. I spoke with the owner and he was very patient with me as my German is limited. He reassured me they would take care of it. Sure enough, within hours they had called to say that they had diagnosed the issue and that they had fixed it. And the price was very reasonable. I cannot thank them enough.
Ich hatte mich eigentlich schon damit abgefunden, dass mein PC den Geist aufgegeben hatte, nachdem mir ein Hardwarewechsel missgluckt ist. Das Team von WOC konnte ihn dann jedoch nochmal retten und nach einem Werktag hatte ich ihn schon wieder zuruck.

The staff is friendly and works super fast, I came on Wednesday morning with my laptop, in the afternoon they called me confirming the problem and the price, and on Thursday morning my laptop was ready to be picked up. So far my laptop works as smoothly as before
