We gave a laptop for repairing.
We didn’t get the item for 2 months and we complained about it several times.
The people that works in there is so bad and especially in the service section, people working there are even worse. They even asked us like ‘ why did you buy the item from saturn?’ .
They even charged 90 euros for no use.
When we got the laptop back , the condition was more bad , kind of revenge. And we gave the laptop back in our home country and they were very surprised and shocked to see the condition of the laptop.

(I would not have known what I was signing in the contract, and the BANK would have rejected me).
